Ipas is a nonprofit organization that works with local, national, and global partners to improve sexual and reproductive health and rights, with a focus on ensuring that high-quality, safe abortion and contraceptive information and services are available, accessible, and acceptable to women and girls.

To advance reproductive justice by expanding access to abortion and contraception, we work with a variety of suppliers around the world.

Ipas posts solicitations to support our global programs and operations. Solicitations are for professional services, short-term and long-term consulting assignments, subawards, and commercial goods and services.

Ipas procurement processes are aligned with best practices and in line with our Procurement Principles and Code of Business Ethics and Conduct. While Ipas assures and documents competition and fair treatment of suppliers during the procurement process, decisions are made considering the best value for money, which takes into account many factors, including the interests of Ipas and those of our funding organizations
