Open Procurement Opportunities
Ipas is a global nonprofit impact network committed to a world where all people have the right and ability to determine their own sexuality and reproductive health. In June 2020, Ipas launched a multi-year journey to transform itself from an international NGO into a global network with authority, power, and leadership dispersed and shared across the organization/network. This journey has seen Ipas devolve into a Network organization with different nodes across Africa, Asia, and the Americas, all together making the Ipas Impact Network. Our effort to shift organizational culture, Ipas launched a Shared Leadership Initiative, including training, orientations, and learning sessions, experience sharing webinars with the intent to create a shared understanding and experience of Shared Leadership and associated supportive practices. This initiative has drawn from these resources and approaches: Going Horizontal, Liberating Structures, Art of Hosting.
As part of our efforts to enhance knowledge of the network structure and understanding of shared leadership, we are seeking a short-term consultant with graphics and video editing expertise to develop high-quality explainer videos, doodles, graphics, and other interactive learning resources to enhance understanding of the Network structure and function of the entities within the network.
Please follow the instructions on the attached RFP document to submit your proposal electronically in PDF format through this Portal on or before 12 pm (UTC+1) Monday, May 12th, 2025. Submissions after this time and date will not be considered.
