Ipas Bolivia is seeking a consultant to provide workshop planning and facilitation services to Ipas US and the Ipas Impact Network, for a workshop to be held in Spanish, in La Paz, Bolivia. The purpose of the workshop is:
Hold a convening in Bolivia for collaborative and co-creative conversations designed to cultivate a shared understanding of the strengths, pain points, and possibilities for Ipas Boliva as part of the larger Ipas Impact Network. The intention is to ensure a thriving, interdependent program in Bolivia, as we continue to shift into new ways of working (as a Network).
This consultancy will include gathering feedback, analyzing and organizing the qualitative data before the workshop, and planning using the data as part of the workshop design and implementation.
The workshop is scheduled for Monday to Thursday, March 18-21, with a debriefing meeting on Friday March 22. Ipas is evolving and living into a Network model of working, which is characterized by shared leadership and shared accountability. Ipas US and Ipas Bolivia are members of the Ipas Impact Network.
