Ipas Nigeria Health Foundation “Ipas Nigeria” works to empower women and girls to have bodily autonomy and exercise their sexual and reproductive health and rights. Ipas Nigeria wishes to shortlist eligible suppliers for the supply and installation of various office equipment, stationery, consumables, and services required for its operations in Nigeria. Ipas Nigeria has a country office located in Abuja.
Interested companies within Nigeria are hereby invited to express their interests in one or several of the following services:
- Supply of office furniture, fixtures, and fittings in Abuja
- Maintenance of office equipment (photocopiers, Printers, and scanners) in Abuja
- Maintenance of computer hardware and IT equipment in Abuja
- Supply and maintenance of internet, PABX and other telephone and mobile services, conference equipment in Abuja
- Supply of office and computer stationery (toner cartridges printing paper, pens, staplers, paper punches etc.) in Abuja
- Supply of computer hardware and accessories (hard disks, monitors ,mouse, keyboards, Ipads, laptops, laptop docks, computer adapters) in Abuja
- Supply and maintenance of Generators, UPS and electrical fittings in Abuja
- Maintenance of Air-conditioning equipment in Abuja
- Provision of hotel and accommodation services in the major cities and towns.
- Supply of general printing products and designing services (business cards, calendars, banners, branded stationery) in Abuja
- Supply of medical supplies
- Provision of event and conference planning & management services in the major cities and towns.
- Provision of cleaning, fumigation and sanitation services in Abuja
- Provision of photography and video production services in the major cities and towns.
- Motor vehicle maintenance, repairs and general services in Abuja
- Provision of Car Hire and Car Rental Services in the major cities and towns.
- Supply of Office Consumables (milk, tea leaves, chocolate, serviettes, washing soap etc.) in Abuja
- Maintenance of CCTV, UPS, Fire Alarm, Fire Extinguisher, and Electrical Installations in Abuja
- Air Travel Agency
- Petroleum Products Services in Abuja

To be eligible, the companies must submit the information listed above.
The interested companies shall submit their expressions of interest no later than 9 July 2024
- When a company is shortlisted, it does not guarantee that the company will get business from Ipas Nigeria.
- Companies will remain in our supplier database for a minimum period of three years.
- Current Ipas Nigeria service providers are also encouraged to apply.
