Ipas invites qualified firms and individuals to submit bids to provide Remote Simultaneous Interpretation Services for virtual events such as training sessions, webinars, workshops, meetings, and conferences.
We seek experienced interpreters or interpretation service providers with expertise in providing interpretation services on global health, abortion, reproductive justice, climate change, and sexual and reproductive health matters. Interpretation will be required on an as-needed basis in the following language pairs:
- English ↔ Spanish
- English ↔ French
- English ↔ Portuguese
Interested bidders are encouraged to review the attached detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) and submit their offers through this Procurement Portal. Cost-competitiveness will be a key factor in the selection process, and bidders are encouraged to offer their most competitive pricing.
