Accommodation: 30 people; Send the Accommodation price per room per night.
Night Stay: 6 (Six) nights. Check on 5 October’25 and Check Out 11 October’25.
Airport Shuttle Service: Required
Breakfast: Complimentary Including Room Rate
Venue: Need three venues of Different Categories for Five (5) Days.
### One Big Venue for 40-50 people sitting arrangement.
### Two Medium Venue for 20-30 people sitting arrangement of each room.
Logistics: Need the following logistics support.
### Two Multimedia Projector with Screen, Sound System, Four Cordless Microphone for Big Venue.
### One Multimedia Projector with Screen, Sound System, Two Cordless Microphone for each Medium Venue.
### Four Flip Chart Board for Big Venue.
### Two Flip Chart Board for each Medium Venue.
Food: Morning Snacks, Lunch, Evening Snacks, Dinner for 30 people from 6 to 10 October’25.
No. of Participants: 30 (Approx. Final numbers will be notified)
Ensure running tea/coffee and mineral water at the venue.
Special Note: Please mention the venue size and accommodated sitting capacity.
Please note that the price should be included in VAT, tax, service charge or other associated costs. You are requested to send your quotation by this procurement portal within the deadline.
On the other hand, please provide all the necessary legal documents with this quotation. Such as: Trade License, BIN, TIN, Updated Acknowledgment Receipt of return of income, Bank Information/ Blank Cheque Leaf.
We will be happy to pay your bill through A/C cheque or bank transfer or BFTN after ending the event.
