Invitation to submit quotation for Venue, Accommodation and Food for upcoming residential event

Greetings from Ipas Bangladesh!

I would like to inform you that we are going to organize a 4 (Four) days residential Event, the date has not been fixed yet. Here I share the tentative dates, where from one schedule will be selected.

1. 15 September’25 Check in, 19 September’2025 Check out
2. 23 September’25 Check in, 27 September’2025 Check out
3. 06 October’25 Check in,10 October’2025 Check out

Please find the information below and you are requested to send us the corporate price rate based on it. After receiving the price offer, all updated will be notified soon.

Please see the below specifications

1. Accommodation for 20-30 persons; Send the Accommodation price per room per night; Will stay four nights.
2. Breakfast: Complimentary
3. Need everyday Morning Snacks, Lunch, Afternoon Snacks and Dinner for 20-30 persons.
4. Participants would be 20-30 participants (Approx. Final numbers will be notified)
5. Ensure running tea/coffee and water at the venue.
6. No beef items will be allowed.
7. Venue for 4 days (1st day morning to 4th day afternoon).
8. Associated Logistics for instance: Multimedia projector, screen, sound system, Flip chart board, Cordless microphone, and relevant items.

Please note that the price should be included in VAT, tax, service charge or other associated costs.  You are requested to send your quotation by this procurement portal within the deadline.

On the other hand, please provide all the necessary legal documents with this quotation. Such as: Trade License, BIN, TIN, Updated Acknowledgment Receipt of return of income, Bank Information/ Blank Cheque Leaf.

We will be happy to pay your bill through A/C cheque or bank transfer or BFTN after ending the event.
