Ipas Nepal invites qualified vendors/suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of multiple printing materials. Vendors/Suppliers are required to submit a signed and stamped quotation along with the following documents:
- Company Registration Certificate
- VAT/PAN Certificate
- Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
The selected vendor will be responsible for designing and developing all required materials, which includes:
- Extracting content from the provided materials
- Incorporating appropriate images, illustrations, and vectors as needed
- Ensuring a professional and visually appealing layout
Quotation Submission Deadline:
10 February 2025
Sample Submission Details:
Vendors must provide at least one sample printed document of each items that reflects their printing quality, design expertise, and material standards. The sample should be:
- Relevant to the required printing materials
- Printed on similar paper stock and finish as expected deliverables
- Professionally bound (if applicable)
Interested vendors are encouraged to submit their complete bidding documents within the specified timeframe. Late submissions will not be considered.
